In-Plane Flexible Microsystems Integrated with High-Performance Microsupercapacitors and Photodetectors

The rapid development of wearable and portable electronics has resulted in an urgent desire for lightweight, flexible microsystems integrated with energy storage devices other in-plane devices. An approach is proposed herein to develop microsystem on graphite paper containing all-solid-state microsupercapacitor a photoconductor-type photodetector based perovskite film, where simple, low-cost, scalable strategy involving laser etching, electrochemical exfoliation, deposition can be used fabricate the microsupercapacitor. as-fabricated device exhibits high capacitance reliable stability under testing through 100,000 cycles dynamic bending. In microsystem, drive photoconductive detector. It turns out that designed system stable photocurrent response comparable detector driven by external power source. This work paves way fabrication sensor systems are devices, applicable future electronics.
